Saunas

The pride of our Spa is the creatively designed Sauna village, where you will feel right at home and where a visit is always a very special event.
In the village you will relax in one of three Finnish saunas (with crystal and colour therapy), or two steam saunas, where you will enjoy the scent of herbs, or you can choose the infrared sauna, where you can relax on one of nine heated beds or on the caper. But your pleasure does not stop here. You are invited to follow the Kneipp path to the outside cooling pool and sunbathing terrace, which delights sauna users in both summer and winter. After the sauna a pleasant rest awaits you with a cup of herbal tea in our Vitamin corner.
Energy sauna
In the basement we have built a new large energy sauna, which replaced our first Finnish sauna Hška. This is a Finnish carbonic sauna with a temperature of 50 to 60°C, and it has a special energetic pyramid in the middle of the sauna. The colour therapy will provide us with a good state of health as it enables complete relaxation and stimulates the senses to re-establish the balance. The size of the sauna is 11 m2 and the carbonic heaters are placed around the whole surface of the sauna, which gives a feeling of a complete embrace of the warmth created by the carbon's high conductibility and even heating into all parts of the sauna.
Finnish sauna
The large finnish sauna is our new acquisition, which purifies the body and relaxes the muscles with its high temperature. It is meant mainly for the execution of the special programmes that include honey, salts and various herbal peelings. The classical Finnish sauna with the temperature of 90 to 100° C and a 30 kW kiln measures 20 m2. It is designed for 40 to 50 people at the same time.
Infra sauna
The infra sauna, which is ideal for beginners (in the sense of introduction into saunas), has many therapeutic effects (it is recommended for people suffering from rheumatism, injuries, cardio-vascular conditions, asthma or bronchitis; it has good effects on the skin, and it is suitable for losing weight). The temperature of the sauna is 40 to 50° C. The infrared radiation in the sauna provides a pleasant energy that penetrates deeply into the tissues of the body.
Turkish sauna
We will also renovate the turkish saunas for the conduction of the programmes featuring various sorts of peelings and honey.
The Turkish saunas have considerably lower temperatures than the classical Finnish saunas. The Turkish bath is meant for the revitalisation of the respiratory organs. The water steam, together with etheric oils, has a soothing effect on the respiratory organs as it moistens the breathing passages; it cleanses them, improves the circulation, opens the pores and purifies the skin.
