When you choose to subscribe to our e-newsletter, UNITUR d.o.o. shall collect your following data: your e-mail address. The collection of your personal data by the Data Controller (UNITUR d.o.o.) shall be subject to your informed consent thereto.

By entering your e-mail address, you shall subscribe to the e-newsletter used by UNITUR d.o.o. to notify you of new products and services, discounts, special offers and prize draws.

By entering your e-mail address and requesting the receipt of our e-newsletter, you shall receive a confirmation message in your inbox. By confirming your e-mail address and activating your consent as provided therein, you shall be subscribed to the e-newsletter of UNITUR d.o.o. until you withdraw your consent to the receipt thereof.

The Data Controller (UNITUR d.o.o.) is committed to safeguarding your privacy and the highest level of protection of your personal data. It has thus undertaken to comply with personal data protection laws and regulations, in particular with the current Slovenian Personal Data Protection Act, Slovenian Electronic Communications Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

UNITUR d.o.o. sends its e-newsletter via the GDPR Manager online application that provides for complete anonymisation of personal data of its recipients. In compliance with the minimisation principle, access to personal data has been granted solely to authorised persons and subject to received requests for access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning the data subject or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability.

The GDPR Manager online application provides for full traceability of authorised users (with unique username- and password-protected access) and automatically records access of authorised users thereto and their activities therein.

UNITUR d.o.o. is committed to diligently protect your personal data and prevent any abuse thereof. Your personal data shall be used solely for the purposes that you have consented to and shall be accessible solely by authorised users of the Data Controller with unique access usernames and passwords who shall be bound to manage your personal data with diligence and in compliance with EU law in force.
